Working with your planning team, osr creates an audio tape/cd order form listing presenters and session titles. We also make attractiive inserts for tape and cd storage albums using your organization's logo and art-work. Custom designed, laser-printed tape/cd labels are also made in house.

After the conference, onsiterecording.net continues to support your annual event with our complete mail order service. We produce and ship tapes and cds to attendees and other interested parties taking orders by internet website, phone, fax, email and u.s. mail. A conference tape/cd/download link can easily be created at your association's website. We also promptly supply your organization with an updated, electronic file pdf order form/list for posting on your association website and/or inclusion in your newsletter or other mailings. Quarterly royalty statements reflect your return on continuing mail order sales.

onsiterecording.net uses state-of-the-art recording and duplicating equipment: Marantz PMD 221 3-head tape recording decks, Marantz CDR300 CD recorders, Marantz 670 Digital Flash recorders, Philips CDR775 CD recorders, top-of-the-line Sony CCP1310F microprocessor controlled,16x cassette duplicators and CD Master Express 52x CD duplicators with TEAC drives. We also do editing and remastering work with noise reduction and equalization as needed. Our technicians are experienced sound engineers and offer that extra bit of assistance that makes an event flow smoothly.
